RANT.
like i said, if you find it offensive simply stop reading anymore. my rants are my personal thoughts and opinions, not yours.
okay. so when i received my geog paper, teacher was kinda upset and started talking about we not putting enough effort and stuffs like that. and cause i had this question blank about natural veg. adaptations which i left blank cause i've lack of time to study, he wrote there (smthg similar) "why didn't you put in effort in this? adaptations is the easiest because the qns can't vary much!" i felt very insulted. 4th oct. i had GEOGRAPHY and PHYSICS PAPER 2 papers. i can't study only geog, i've to work hard for physics as well! after doing geog i don't have much time to study for physics. so i stayed up to like 1 or 2 in the morning. just for physics. see how much time geog took me? i kind of gave up on the remaining chapters of geog cause it's getting late and i had to do physics. afterall it's the more important subj as it's gonna be used in my o level score. i can't get C5 and lower for physics! so i studied rivers and coasts. then on to physics. if i memorised adaptations as well, wouldn't that mean i won't be able to sleep? i have PHYSICS to study as well, not only your geog paper okay cher. and here you are, saying i didn't put in effort. okay maybe i was partly in the wrong cause i didn't start studying earlier, but at least show some respect for me? i freaking stayed up till 1 or 2am to study both geog and physics. bio people have the whole day for geog. me? only half for geog. and i already gave geog a chance cause i obviously took more than half a day to study geog. that leaves me lesser time for physics. so cher, before you start accusing me about not putting enough effort, think about my feelings first. did i not study? i studied till night for geog. i even sacrificed physics, the more impt subj, for your subject. so don't go and say i didn't put in effort. -.- also, you keep emphasizing on your start & end method today. well, just to inform you, it won't work for me. why? cause you've been using that in class till now and well let's be honest. i understand only 50% of it in class. the other 50%? i have to memorise. so many things i've to memorise. obviously i can't memorise all the stuffs right? if my memorising was good i'd have took bio. so don't ask me to use the start & end method to study. i won't understand anything. so don't blame me if i have a lot blanks. also YOU DIDN'T FREAKING FINISH COASTAL MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES. HOW COULD I HAVE UNDERSTOOD YOUR NOTES OHMYGOSH. you only did hard engineering. not soft engineering. and you went on to human geog, which is not covered in sec 3. you left out a sec 3 topic and moved on to sec 4. LIKE WTF?! i don't understand a single thing about coastal management strategies. that's why i left it blank as well. well, tbh, you should have noticed the "signs" when i keep failing. obviously your method isn't working for me. maybe it helps for others, but definitely not for me. 2.5 hours a week, and all you do is using whiteboard and marker. NOTHING ELSE. no laptop, no slides, nothing. just plain talking and writing on the board. i will get distracted fast obviously! sigh.
the above rant is just what i feel; no harm intended. i'm also not insulting/scolding the teacher.
